Booking Policies
$200 non-refundable booking fee
Consultation is required if you have previous work that is not mine, must be approved before moving forward.
NO children, or friends the day of your appointment. I want to have my attention on you and you only.
10+ minutes late your appointment will be canceled & you’ll be charged 50% of your service
48 hr noticed REQUIRED, clients must reschedule/cancel appointment 48 hrs in advance to avoid $100 inconvenience fee
Same day cancellations & no shows will be charged 90% of your service
If you reschedule more than once your deposit is lost. A new deposit will be required.
A touch-up outside of 12 weeks will be charged the annual touch-up fee. This includes 6-8 week touch-ups that are rescheduled.
ALL services are non-refundable, this goes for booking fees under no circumstances.
To my new and existing clients, please know I am a very understanding person and these policies are put in place not to be mean but to protect my income in which puts food on the table and pays my bills.
